Breaking out my body and ascending to the heavens
At the pearly gates I found the reason for rejection
You fall – Into the abyss
You fall – With the sinners and whores
There is no place for a soul that is lost
and as black as yours
I survived the afterlife – The beginning of never
I survived the afterlife – Taken apart yet still together
Crashing through the gates and when I reached the very bottom
Someone called my name and said “Your debt is now forgotten”
You’ve burned – All the bridges I’ve crossed
You’ve burned – Until nothing remained
There is no place for your
hope and your loving inside the flames
I survived the afterlife – The beginning of never
I survived the afterlife – Taken apart yet still together
I closed my eyes , laid to rest
Turn the page and disconnect
How could I survive the afterlife?
You chewed me up, you swallowed me
You spit me out – From heaven I fell
You chewed me up, you swallowed me
You spit me out – Expelled from hell
Tell me, tell me are you like me a human?
Tell me, tell me is it truth you’re assuming?
So don’t point fingers at me
So don’t you pick up that stone
Sleep in your bliss while you burn in the bed
that you made for yourself inside the flames
